As long as you haven’t collected all five of the Care Packages a side quest will remain on your quest log. Grab the first three Onsite Care Packages and exit the building. This is especially helpful for farming care packages at the Stuffed Turtle quarantine zone.
If you unlock a side quest, including entering a quarantine zone, by selecting the quest and then quitting the game and continuing you will instantly be fast traveled to the nearest unlocked Safe Zone to that quest-or the entrance to the selected quarantine zone.
There have been MANY cries and requests to unlock fast travel for this game to make navigating the large maps easier and our cries have gone unheard.
